Meet Ziggy – he's a beautiful 14-year-old, front-declawed Lynx-Point Himalayan Ragdoll. He found his way to Providence Animal Center from a shelter in Louisiana that was in the path of Hurricane Laura. He's a true Ragdoll in that he loves to be held, petted and brushed. Despite his sight impairment and a heart murmur, Ziggy has received a clean bill of health from PAC's medical team.
Ziggy's ideal home would preferably be one with blind and/or senior cat experience, who can give him the most loving life for all the years that he has left. He doesn't mind the dogs and cats in his foster home. But his housemates (whether 2-legged or 4-) should be respectful of his impairment and give Ziggy the space he needs to find his way.
He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and litterbox trained. His adoption fee is sponsored by a generous donor who is excited for Ziggy to find his loving forever home.
Ziggy is currently benefiting from a loving foster home. Please send questions or inquiries about Ziggy to his foster mom Justina (JCalgiano@ProvidenceAC.org) with an adoption profile.

Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
