“It’s almost thanksgiving is it.. Do you want a turkey to snuggle with instead of eating it, then perfect take me home. Coz they call me the Turkey (yeah you heard that right). Have you ever seen a kitty as adorable as me, with a face that looks like I walked right out of painting?!
Can you believe I’m homeless and am waiting for a wonderful person or family to adopt me? Great cats like me end up in animal shelters every day- I know, it’s so hard to believe but it’s true!
I arrived at Providence Animal Shelter after being saved by good samaritans in the system from a not so nice place. My name is Turkey and I am all ready to move right into your heart & home today. I am approximately 4.5 years old. My adoption day is all I can think about, so please stop by the center and we can talk in person – no appointment is necessary!
Happy Thanksgiving.. Hugs and Kisses
P.S. I am spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped and litterbox trained!”
Adoption center hours of operation are: Tuesday-Friday: 12–7PM, Saturday & Sunday: 12–5PM, closed Monday.
Providence Animal Center relies on adoption fees and donations to save pets! Adoption fees vary per pet. To find out this pet’s adoption fee or for more information, please call the Adoption Center with this pet’s ID number.
Walk-in adoptions are back at PAC! Stop by our Adoption Center during our hours of operation Tuesday-Sunday to meet our available pets. Be sure to check the LOCATION of the pet you are interested in prior to coming in because some pets currently reside in foster homes. To meet a pet in a foster home, a meeting must be set up with our foster coordinator by filling out the adoption profile in the pet's bio.
View most of our adoptable dogs here and cats through this link. Once you see a pet you like, follow the instructions in his/her bio to schedule a meeting. For updates about when puppies & kittens will be available, be sure to follow us on Facebook.
Thank you for your understanding and please consider donating today to help our lifesaving work continue during this challenging time!
Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
