Hey, future family! Have you ever seen a dog as handsome as me?!
Everyone calls me Teefies (I think that's because of my unique grin). I am one of the PAWsome dogs at Providence Animal Center. I'm around 6 years old, a hunky 61 pounds, and I'm all set to move right into your heart & home today – already:
I'm an expert dog model as you can tell from my photos. My favorite things are soft toys, chasing balls, treats and my humans. I'm a bit of an athlete and would love an adult-only home with hoomans that enjoy fitness as much as me! The staff describe me as misunderstood – I can be independent and cautious but also quite playful! I'm easy to leash and eagerly await to go out for some good sniffs and fresh air. The staff say I have done well with the crate and will say that I am crate-trained or darn close to it.
I've had the chance to meet some of the other 4-legged felines and fidos here at the center. The staff think that I may be able to live with the right feline friend with a slow introduction, but no doggo roommates for me.
So if you think we may be a fit, give the center a call or better yet stop by the adoption center today – no appointment is necessary. My paws are crossed I will see you very soon!
XO – Teefies
P.S. A generous donor is eager to help me find my forever home, so they have sponsored my adoption fee! That means I can join your family today for FREE! YAY!
Adoption center hours of operation are: Tuesday-Friday: 12–7PM, Saturday & Sunday: 12–5PM, closed Monday.
Providence Animal Center relies on adoption fees and donations to save pets! Adoption fees vary per pet. To find out this pet’s adoption fee or for more information, please call the Adoption Center with this pet’s ID number.
It's so easy to adopt from PAC- once a match is made, you fill out an application and can go home the same day with your new pet! Visit this link to learn more about our adoption process.
Walk-in adoptions are back at PAC! Stop by our Adoption Center during our hours of operation Tuesday-Sunday to meet our available pets. Be sure to check the LOCATION of the pet you are interested in prior to coming in because some pets currently reside in foster homes. To meet a pet in a foster home, a meeting must be set up with our foster coordinator by filling out the adoption profile in the pet's bio.
View most of our adoptable dogs here and cats through this link. Once you see a pet you like, follow the instructions in his/her bio to schedule a meeting. For updates about when puppies & kittens will be available, be sure to follow us on Facebook.
Thank you for your understanding and please consider donating today to help our lifesaving work continue during this challenging time!
Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
