Helllooo! My name is Rosebud! Have you ever seen a dog as adorable as me?! Can you believe I’m homeless and am waiting for a wonderful person or family to adopt me? Great dogs like me end up in animal shelters every day- I know, it’s so hard to believe but it’s true!

I just arrived to Providence Animal Center from Georgia and am all ready to move right into your heart & home today. I am approximately 2 years old and weigh around 40lbs.

My friends here say that I am a pleasure to hang out with! While I get excited in my kennel when I see visitors, I settle down to get my leash on and will walk nicely with you outside. I just LOVE to get attention and they say I’m such a wiggly girl. Not only do I love attention, my FAVORITE thing is getting belly rubs – in fact, I’ll regularly stop and roll on my back and ask for them because they are just oooohhhh sooooo gooooood!

I am heartworm positive, but am getting my treatment and will soon be good as new! In the meantime, while I need some quiet time and not much activity, I really love puzzle toys and other mental games to tire me out!

So please stop by the Adoption Center to take me out for a stroll and I’m sure we’ll become fast friends! xoxo Rosebud

PS – I am already spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and micro-chipped so I’m ready to go home today!

Providence Animal Center relies on adoption fees and donations to save pets! Adoption fees vary per pet. To find out this pet’s adoption fee or for more information, please call the Adoption Center with this pet’s ID number.

Even If You Can't Adopt, You Can Still Help!

Foster Rosebud

Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.

No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.

Sponsor Rosebud

Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!

Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
