“Rico is the name, finding my forever home is the game! I came to Providence Animal Center from North Carolina in search of my forever family. I'm a low-rider ladies man and love other dogs. While I'm very comfortable with dogs, I am still getting used to walking on the leash and socializing with people, so I am hanging out in an awesome foster home! I am estimated to be around 1 and 1/2 years old and 32 pounds.
Some might say I am the package deal:
I am a little shy at first and would prefer to live in a quiet home, no city life for me please! Do you have another pup in the home who needs a buddy? Is she cute? I would LOVE to have a doggie roommate to hang out with in my forever home. I have met some feline friends here at the center and could potentially live with a kitty roommate also.
If I sound like the guy for you, email a completed adoption application to my friend the foster coordinator (email@example.com) to set up a time to meet me in person! My paws are crossed I will get to meet you very soon! XOXO Rico”
Providence Animal Center relies on adoption fees and donations to save pets! Adoption fees vary per pet. To find out this pet’s adoption fee or for more information, please call the Adoption Center with this pet’s ID number.
Come stop by! We highly encourage prospective adopters to visit the Adoption Center as many times as they like to find the best pet to match their home and lifestyle. It’s our goal to make a perfect match the first time! Once you find a pet and fall in love, our trained adoption associates & counselors will be happy to assist you with the adoption process.
Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
