Oh, hey. HEY! Are you my new family? Boy, oh boy. I can't wait until they come to meet me. I'm so excited to meet them.
My name is Ralphie, and I am one of the wonderful adoptable dogs available at Providence Animal Center. I'm a transplant from Florida, but can't wait to be a Pennsylvania tristate resident. Go Birds! Did I say that right?
I'm around 7 months old, about 30 pounds (and growing), and I'm all set to move right into your heart & home today – already neutered, microchipped & up to date on vaccinations.
As an energetic pup, I have lots to learn. I'm a socialite who is playful, but I can be sensitive too! I'm eager to please, so let's set some goals and check them off! The staff think that my ideal home will allow me time to decompress. I would be a great running partner and would do best in a home with kids middle school aged or older. I can get a bit rambunctious. Oops. Oh, and I would be able to live with most dogs. If you don't have any, I would love to go to doggy daycare or a dog park! As for these things called… cats, no thank you!
The staff would love to match you with your new best friend forever – and hopefully that's me! If you are interested in meeting me in person, please stop by the adoption center today – no appointment is necessary. My paws are crossed I will see you very soon!
XO – Ralphie
Adoption center hours of operation are: Tuesday-Friday: 12–7PM, Saturday & Sunday: 12–5PM, closed Monday.
Providence Animal Center relies on adoption fees and donations to save pets! Adoption fees vary per pet. To find out this pet’s adoption fee or for more information, please call the Adoption Center with this pet’s ID number.
It's so easy to adopt from PAC- once a match is made, you fill out an application and can go home the same day with your new pet! Visit https://providenceac.org/adopt/how-to-adopt/ to learn more about our adoption process.
Walk-in adoptions are back at PAC! Stop by our Adoption Center during our hours of operation Tuesday-Sunday to meet our available pets. Be sure to check the LOCATION of the pet you are interested in prior to coming in because some pets currently reside in foster homes. To meet a pet in a foster home, a meeting must be set up with our foster coordinator by filling out the adoption profile in the pet's bio.
View most of our adoptable dogs here and cats through this link. Once you see a pet you like, follow the instructions in his/her bio to schedule a meeting. For updates about when puppies & kittens will be available, be sure to follow us on Facebook.
Thank you for your understanding and please consider donating today to help our lifesaving work continue during this challenging time!
Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
