When you visit PAC you are likely to enter the cattery and run into Paul Bunyan. He’s hard to miss- he’s big & tall like his namesake, with a gentle but strong presence. He likes to perch up to eye level and watch over the cattery- the other cats & kittens romping around don’t bother him in the least. He takes his seat up high, watching over everything.
He recently joined the adoptable kitty crew at Providence Animal Center’s lifesaving facility from a shelter in NJ. He’s estimated to be around 4 years old and weighs 13 pounds. He is the package deal (for just a $25 adoption fee!) – he’s up to date on vaccines, neutered, litterbox-trained, and microchipped! Don’t make him wait much longer please, his bags are packed and he’s ready to move into your heart and home today!
Providence’s Adoption Center has a large selection of animals for all types of homes and an expert match-making staff who perform thorough behavior evaluations. EVERY adoption includes the kitty’s spay/neuter surgery, a microchip and necessary vaccinations. The staff would love to match you with your new best friend forever – and hopefully, that’s Paul B! Please stop by today during adoption hours – no appointment is necessary!
P.S. Someone is so excited for me to find my fur-ever home, that they have sponsored my adoption fee! That means I can join your family today for FREE! YAY!

It’s our goal to make a perfect match the first time! Once you find a pet and fall in love, our trained adoption associates & counselors will be happy to assist you with the adoption process.
Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
