Oliver

Gender: Male

Size: Large

Age: Adult

Location: Adoption Center

Hi, there! My name is Oliver, and I am patiently waiting for my forever family at Providence Animal Center. I'm around 5 years old, a sturdy 64 pounds, and I'm all set to move right into your heart & home today. I am:

  • neutered
  • microchipped
  • up to date on vaccinations

My friends at PAC describe me as a friendly, playful & lovely dog who knows many tricks – I just LOVE to catch treats – and am housetrained. I tend to be a sensitive wallflower, so I would do best in a quiet, adult-only home where I am the only pet.

I recently spent some time outside of the center in an amazing foster home! Based on my time there, my friends think I would do best in a home with an active family who will take me for long walks or hikes.

So whaddya say? If you're interested in meeting me, stop by the center – no appointment is necessary! My paws are crossed I will see you very soon!

XOXO ~Oliver

P.S. A generous donor has sponsored my adoption fee. That means I can join your family today for FREE! Yippee!!

Adoption center hours of operation are: Tuesday-Friday: 12–7PM, Saturday & Sunday: 12–5PM, closed Monday.

How to Adopt

Walk-in adoptions are back at PAC! Stop by our Adoption Center during our hours of operation Tuesday-Sunday to meet our available pets. Be sure to check the LOCATION of the pet you are interested in prior to coming in because some pets currently reside in foster homes. To meet a pet in a foster home, a meeting must be set up with our foster coordinator by filling out the adoption profile in the pet's bio.

View most of our adoptable dogs here and cats through this link. Once you see a pet you like, follow the instructions in his/her bio to schedule a meeting. For updates about when puppies & kittens will be available, be sure to follow us on Facebook.

Thank you for your understanding and please consider donating today to help our lifesaving work continue during this challenging time!

Even If You Can't Adopt, You Can Still Help!

Foster Oliver

Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.

No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.

Sponsor Oliver

Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!

Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
