Hiya! Thank you so much for stopping to read about me. My name is Nicky and I just joined the adoptable doggy crew at Providence Animal Center. Can you believe I was found wondering the streets? Great dogs like me end up in animal shelters everyday – I know, it is hard to believe, but it’s true!
I am spunky 19 years young and 11 pounds. I know you're thinking… WHOA, 19! Yup, and I'm crushing it. Age is just a number for me. I do all the things younger pups do like play sessions with fellow doggy pals or toys, car rides, hikes or napping). I have been known to follow my humans around, but not too much because that would be creepy. I'm not a stalker.
So what do you think? I am move in ready which means that I am microchipped, neutered and up to date on my age appropriate vaccinations. I am lucky enough to be staying in a fabulous foster home while I wait for my forever family to find me. If you are interested in more information about me please complete the form below.
P.S. Someone loves me so much that they have sponsored my adoption fee! That means that I can move into your forever loving home for FREE!
Adoption center hours of operation are: Tuesday-Friday: 12–7PM, Saturday & Sunday: 12–5PM, closed Monday.
Please note: Some pets are still in fabulous foster homes, so be sure to check the pet’s ‘location’ in their listing prior to scheduling an appointment. To meet a pet currently in a foster home, follow the instructions listed in their bio.
Providence Animal Center relies on adoption fees and donations to save pets! Adoption fees vary per pet. To find out this pet’s adoption fee or for more information, please call the Adoption Center with this pet’s ID number.
Walk-in adoptions are back at PAC! Stop by our Adoption Center during our hours of operation Tuesday-Sunday to meet our available pets. Be sure to check the LOCATION of the pet you are interested in prior to coming in because some pets currently reside in foster homes. To meet a pet in a foster home, a meeting must be set up with our foster coordinator by filling out the adoption profile in the pet's bio.
View most of our adoptable dogs here and cats through this link. Once you see a pet you like, follow the instructions in his/her bio to schedule a meeting. For updates about when puppies & kittens will be available, be sure to follow us on Facebook.
Thank you for your understanding and please consider donating today to help our lifesaving work continue during this challenging time!
Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
