Mew mew. That's cat for Hello! Thanks for visiting me online! I'm so excited to meet you!
My name is Lou Lou and I’m a new arrival to Providence Animal Center from West Virginia and can’t wait to move from here into my new forever home.
I am 4 years old and move-in-ready which means that I am neutered, up-to-date on my vaccines, microchipped and litterbox trained.
The staff & volunteers are still learning about me, but so far they wanted my future family to know that I start shy but give me some pets and I warm up to my humans. I would love a home where I can be a lap cat or couch potato while you are at work. The staff even think I would be able to live with middle school or older kids and the right kitty roommate.
So call the center or better yet- stop by to see me and meet me in person. I have my bags all packed, I just need a home to love me!
XO – Lou Lou
Adoption center hours of operation are: Tuesday-Friday: 12–7PM, Saturday & Sunday: 12–5PM, closed Monday.
Providence Animal Center relies on adoption fees and donations to save pets! Adoption fees vary per pet. To find out this pet’s adoption fee or for more information, please call the Adoption Center with this pet’s ID number.
It's so easy to adopt from PAC- once a match is made, you fill out an application and can go home the same day with your new pet! Visit https://providenceac.org/adopt/how-to-adopt/ to learn more about our adoption process.
Walk-in adoptions are back at PAC! Stop by our Adoption Center during our hours of operation Tuesday-Sunday to meet our available pets. Be sure to check the LOCATION of the pet you are interested in prior to coming in because some pets currently reside in foster homes. To meet a pet in a foster home, a meeting must be set up with our foster coordinator by filling out the adoption profile in the pet's bio.
View most of our adoptable dogs here and cats through this link. Once you see a pet you like, follow the instructions in his/her bio to schedule a meeting. For updates about when puppies & kittens will be available, be sure to follow us on Facebook.
Thank you for your understanding and please consider donating today to help our lifesaving work continue during this challenging time!
Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
