We are rock-n-rolling our way through the month of May here at Providence Animal Center!
To celebrate, Boots has decided to go by a nick name to celebrate Rock-N-Roll! Boots’ nick name is June Carter! So come on down and rock with June Carter and us!
Just think of Cleopatra and Mark Antony, Bonnie and Clyde, Donnie and Marie, Beyonce and Jay Z, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, Marlin and Dory, Peanut Butter and Jelly, Salt and Pepper… that’s us. Together forever. We’re next on the famous couples list – Boots and Rusty! We’ve been through lots of life “stuff” as we all have, but what matters is that we are still together and want to remain that way! Our friends here at Providence Animal Center were told that we had the same owner since we were puppies, but unfortunately when our owner needed to move to an assisted living facility, we couldn’t go with her. We are now in search of that home where we can settle in for a true forever. Rusty is about 6 years old and Boots is about 11. We have been lucky enough to temporarily stay with a fabulous foster who has learned how wonderful we are in a home. We are housetrained, we haven’t needed to be crated during the day when she’s at work, and are polite with her 6 year old daughter. We enjoy taking walks, snuggling, and playing together. We have both been spayed/neutered, have age appropriate vaccines, and are microchipped. We would love to find a forever home, but if you’d be willing to open your home and foster us until a forever family finds us, that would be fantastic, too. We’ll be here waiting, but please don’t make us wait too much longer. Love, Boots and Rusty

Come stop by! We highly encourage prospective adopters to visit the Adoption Center as many times as they like to find the best pet to match their home and lifestyle. It’s our goal to make a perfect match the first time! Once you find a pet and fall in love, our trained adoption associates & counselors will be happy to assist you with the adoption process.
Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
