This handsome boy is Jack! At around 2 years old and 45lbs, Jack is eagerly searching for his forever home. Jack was found as a stray down in North Carolina with his sister Jill (who has since found her forever home!) and he recently made his life saving journey north to Providence Animal Center.

Jack’s ideal family will recognize that all of these recent changes have been scary. With time and patience, we know this amazing boy will blossom into an awesome dog! Jack’s would prefer a quiet neighborhood – he’s not looking for the hustle and bustle of city life or apartment living. He’d also love a home that has a fenced in yard. Jack will also need to go home with another dog as they really help his confidence and he is much more comfortable having a companion.

With just some TLC (tender loving care) Jack is sure to blossom into the sweet boy! He’s already neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and micro-chipped.

Jack is currently benefiting from a loving foster family. If you are interested in meeting him, please fill out a completed adoption application and email to the foster coordinator: foster@providenceac.org to get the process started!

Providence Animal Center relies on adoption fees and donations to save pets! Adoption fees vary per pet. To find out this pet’s adoption fee or for more information, please call the Adoption Center with this pet’s ID number.

Even If You Can't Adopt, You Can Still Help!

    Foster Jack

Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.

No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.

    Sponsor Jack

Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!

Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
