Hello! Thanks for visiting me on this thing you hoomans call the internet. I’m a new arrival to Providence Animal Center. I was abandoned by my previous owner and brought to safety by PAC's amazing humane law enforcement officer. The big surprise was I expecting. So I spent some time in a foster home where I gave birth to my babies and raised them. Now I am ready for a home of my very own and can’t wait to move from here into my new forever home.

My bags are packed and I am move-in-ready, I am:

  • 1 & 1/2 years old
  • 46 pounds
  • spayed
  • up-to-date on vaccinations
  • microchipped

I spent some time with some kiddos in my foster home and the staff feels I could live with children middle school aged and older. I could live with the right doggie roommate. Those pesky cats and small critters on the other hand, I could do without them…we just don't see eye-to-eye. My friends here at PAC say I am a wiggly gal who likes to meander around and sniff everything. I am described as a socialite and playful WWF wrestler And I'm already crate trained! How cool is that?

My adoption day is all I can think about, please don’t make me wait too long! Please stop by the adoption center today to meet me in person. ~Georgia

P.S. My adoption fee has been sponsored by a generous donor. That means I can join your family today for FREE! Yippee!!

Adoption center hours of operation are: Tuesday-Friday: 12–7PM, Saturday & Sunday: 12–5PM, closed Monday.

How to Adopt

Walk-in adoptions are back at PAC! Stop by our Adoption Center during our hours of operation Tuesday-Sunday to meet our available pets. Be sure to check the LOCATION of the pet you are interested in prior to coming in because some pets currently reside in foster homes. To meet a pet in a foster home, a meeting must be set up with our foster coordinator by filling out the adoption profile in the pet's bio.

View most of our adoptable dogs here and cats through this link. Once you see a pet you like, follow the instructions in his/her bio to schedule a meeting. For updates about when puppies & kittens will be available, be sure to follow us on Facebook.

Thank you for your understanding and please consider donating today to help our lifesaving work continue during this challenging time!

Even If You Can't Adopt, You Can Still Help!

Foster Georgia

Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.

No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.

Sponsor Georgia

Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!

Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
