“Hello! My name is George and I am about 2 years old and in search of my forever home! Providence Animal Center helped me receive the surgery I need in order to see correctly.  I was born with my eye lashes growing into my eyes, which made it very hard to see. Feeling much better now! I love cat nip, being pet, and walking around the office on my leash and harness! You will often find me lounging in a box on the windowsill in the office.

Oh and guess what? I’m already prepared to move in– I’m neutered, microchipped, litterbox trained, and up-to-date on my vaccines. If you’d like me to be your cat, please get in touch with my favorite human here Colleen, please email your application or inquiry to  You better act fast, cute kitties like me don’t stay for too long. See you soon! XOXO”

Providence Animal Center relies on adoption fees and donations to save pets! Adoption fees vary per pet. To find out this pet’s adoption fee or for more information, please call the Adoption Center with this pet’s ID number.

Even If You Can't Adopt, You Can Still Help!

    Foster George

Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.

No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.

    Sponsor George

Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!

Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
