Say Hello to Fern! 🌿🐾 A girl who has been at the shelter way to long, and all the staff hold near and dear! The spirited and energetic 1.5-year-old young lady, who's been waiting patiently for her forever home. Fern is a bundle of life and vitality, always ready for a new adventure.
Despite her playful nature, Fern's time at the shelter has made her crave structure and a stable environment so she can show of the best she can be. With the right guidance and love, she's ready to learn and grow into an even more amazing companion.
If you're seeking a furry friend who's overflowing with enthusiasm and zest for life, Fern could be the one! She's a dog with immense potential, and by adopting her, you'll not only give her a loving home but also gain a loyal and energetic partner who's eager to fill your life with joy and boundless energy. 🐾❤️
Fern is the full package, and is:
Fern says, “I have done well with my dog meets. I have done well in reading the other doggos energy and know when to play bow or who wants to wrestle. As for cats, no thank you. They aren't my cup of tea. I am sometimes misunderstood but I'm playful and an attention getter. I still have a lot to learn, so the staff think I would do best with young adults (think college aged or older). I'm looking for a quiet home to show me the ropes.”
The staff would love to match you with your new best friend forever – and hopefully that's me! If you are interested in meeting me in person, please stop by the adoption center today – no appointment is necessary. My paws are crossed I will see you very soon!
Love ya! Fern🌿
P.S. Someone is so excited for me to find my fur-ever home, that they have sponsored my adoption fee! That means I can join your family today for FREE! Woohoo!!

Thank you for your understanding and please consider donating today to help our lifesaving work continue during this challenging time!
Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
