Have you ever seen a kitty as handsome as me?! Can you believe I’m homeless and am waiting for a wonderful person or family to adopt me? Great cats like me end up in animal shelters every day- I know, it’s so hard to believe but it’s true!
My name is Dupree and I just arrived to Providence Animal Center. I am all ready to move right into your heart & home today, I am:
The staff feels I could live with children middle school aged and older. I am described as a purr monster, snuggler, food motivated, sweet and talkative. I have been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, which will require check ups with a veterinarian and medication for the rest of my life. The medical staff here at PAC can teach you all about how to take care of my needs.
My adoption day is all I can think about, so please stop by the center and we can talk in person – no appointment is necessary. See you soon!
P.S. A generous donor has sponsored my adoption fee. That means I can join your family today for FREE! Woohoo!
Adoption center hours of operation are: Tuesday-Friday: 12–7PM, Saturday & Sunday: 12–5PM, closed Monday.
Providence Animal Center relies on adoption fees and donations to save pets! Adoption fees vary per pet. To find out this pet’s adoption fee or for more information, please call the Adoption Center with this pet’s ID number.
It's so easy to adopt from PAC- once a match is made, you fill out an application and can go home the same day with your new pet! Visit our how to adopt section to learn more about our adoption process.
Walk-in adoptions are back at PAC! Stop by our Adoption Center during our hours of operation Tuesday-Sunday to meet our available pets. Be sure to check the LOCATION of the pet you are interested in prior to coming in because some pets currently reside in foster homes. To meet a pet in a foster home, a meeting must be set up with our foster coordinator by filling out the adoption profile in the pet's bio.
View most of our adoptable dogs here and cats through this link. Once you see a pet you like, follow the instructions in his/her bio to schedule a meeting. For updates about when puppies & kittens will be available, be sure to follow us on Facebook.
Thank you for your understanding and please consider donating today to help our lifesaving work continue during this challenging time!
Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
