Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see – Mark Twain
“Hi friend! My name is Denali and I just arrived to Providence Animal Center from ACCT in Philadelphia. I'm what they call here an ACCT to PAC rescue (#ACCTtoPAC).
The staff feels I would do best in a home with middle school aged children and older, and I would prefer to be the only cat in the home. I am described as: a purr monster, snuggler, confident, rebel & curious. I may be blind, but I don't let that stop me from being a happy and curious kitty!
I also have a little extra something special about me – I’m FELV+, so I would love a home that can give me just a little extra care so that I can stay happy & healthy. If you aren’t familiar with FELV, it can be spread among cats that are contact with each other- but it's not contagious to dogs or people. Don’t worry, I don’t let this virus get me down! I still know how to enjoy life and have a good time!
My adoption day is all I can think about, so please schedule an appointment here to meet me in person!
P.S. A generous donor already paid my adoption fee so I can join your family for FREE!”
Providence Animal Center relies on adoption fees and donations to save pets! Adoption fees vary per pet. To find out this pet’s adoption fee or for more information, please call the Adoption Center with this pet’s ID number.
We are offering adoptions by appointment only at this time. View most of our adoptable dogs here and cats through this link. Once you see a pet you like, follow the instructions in his/her bio to schedule a meeting. For updates about when puppies & kittens will be available, be sure to follow us on Facebook.
Thank you for your understanding and please consider donating today to help our lifesaving work continue during this challenging time!
Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
