Hello, potential forever family! It's so nice to meet you. I can't wait to meet you in person. My name is Clyde and I just joined the adoptable doggy crew at Providence Animal Center from Georgia — I'm a southern gentleman.
I'm 3 years old and a fit 55 pounds. As you can tell from my photos, I'm oh so handsome. The staff and volunteers tell me I'm a smart boy. They are so impressed that I already know the commands sit, down, paw and quickly learned to keep eye contact and the game touch. If you are looking for a pup for agility or any other skills training. I'm goal-oriented, independent and a workaholic. I'm the star candidate here!
The staff think that my ideal home would be adult only. I'm playful, but come on strong which works for some dogs but not all. I would do best in a home without cats as I am too interested in them. I'm looking for a dog savvy family that will help me with crate training and my resource guarding.
I am move in ready which means that I am microchipped, neutered and up to date on my age appropriate vaccinations.
So if you think we can be best buds, the staff would love to match you with your new BFF and hopefully, that’s ME! I am lucky enough to be staying with one of PAC's fabulous foster partners, Perfect Pooch in King of Prussia, while I wait for my forever family to find me. If you are interested in more information about me including my most up-to-date status and/or would like to set up a meeting with me, please contact the fabulous staff at Perfect Pooch today at 610-337-7698! We hope to hear from you soon!
XOXO – Clyde
P.S. A generous donor has sponsored my adoption fee. That means I can join your family today for FREE! YAY!
Adoption center hours of operation are: Tuesday-Friday: 12–7PM, Saturday & Sunday: 12–5PM, closed Monday.
Please note: Some pets are still in fabulous foster homes, so be sure to check the pet’s ‘location’ in their listing prior to scheduling an appointment. To meet a pet currently in a foster home, follow the instructions listed in their bio.
Providence Animal Center relies on adoption fees and donations to save pets! Adoption fees vary per pet. To find out this pet’s adoption fee or for more information, please call the Adoption Center with this pet’s ID number.
Walk-in adoptions are back at PAC! Stop by our Adoption Center during our hours of operation Tuesday-Sunday to meet our available pets. Be sure to check the LOCATION of the pet you are interested in prior to coming in because some pets currently reside in foster homes. To meet a pet in a foster home, a meeting must be set up with our foster coordinator by filling out the adoption profile in the pet's bio.

Thank you for your understanding and please consider donating today to help our lifesaving work continue during this challenging time!
Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.
No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.
Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!
Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
