Helloooooo nice person! I'm Bonnie; who are you? You say you're looking for a dog??? That's amazing! Because I am a dog! You say you knew that? That you came here looking for ME? Truly? You saw me on Facebook…wow I can't believe I'm famous!

Thanks for visiting me online. I’m a new arrival to Providence Animal Center from an overcrowded shelter in Alabama. I can’t wait to move from here into my new forever home.

My bags are packed and I am move-in-ready, I am:

  • 10 months old
  • 64 pounds
  • spayed
  • up-to-date on vaccinations
  • microchipped

I have met some other dogs here at the center and I could live with the right doggie roommate. The staff & volunteers are still learning about me, and so far they think I would do best in a home without cats. They don't understand the ways of dogs.  I would love to have another dog friend in the home, but it isn't necessary. I'm an attention getter… just look how adorable I am! I'm a socialite and I am always down for a good time! The staff think that I would do best with kiddos who are high school aged or older.

If you think we can be BFFs and I hope you do, call the center or better yet- stop by today to meet me in person. My adoption day is all I can think about, please don’t make me wait too long!

XOXO,

Bonnie

P.S. A generous donor is eager to help me find my forever home, so they have sponsored my adoption fee! That means I can join your family today for FREE! YAY!

How to Adopt

Walk-in adoptions are back at PAC! Stop by our Adoption Center during our hours of operation Tuesday-Sunday to meet our available pets. Be sure to check the LOCATION of the pet you are interested in prior to coming in because some pets currently reside in foster homes. To meet a pet in a foster home, a meeting must be set up with our foster coordinator by filling out the adoption profile in the pet's bio.

View most of our adoptable dogs here and cats through this link. Once you see a pet you like, follow the instructions in his/her bio to schedule a meeting. For updates about when puppies & kittens will be available, be sure to follow us on Facebook.

Thank you for your understanding and please consider donating today to help our lifesaving work continue during this challenging time!

Even If You Can't Adopt, You Can Still Help!

Foster Bonnie

Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.

No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.

Sponsor Bonnie

Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!

Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
