Calling all small dogs! Sign up for our 4-week small dog playgroup class, starting August 7th. This class will teach you and your dog how to successfully navigate outdoor fun with other canines, avoid conflict and learn dog body language to prepare you for great dog park experiences. Classes are held Tuesday nights from 5-6pm. The $150 class fee is a full donation to Providence Animal Center. Please fill out the form on this page to start the registration process.
Bark in the Park Dog Walk/5K Run & Fall Festival
A dog-friendly 5K and dog walk. Dogs are welcome but not required.
Pre-registration is now closed. Register the day of the event for the run or walk starting a 9am.
- Dog contests – judged by Fox29's Sue Serio, Bob Kelly and WMMR's Steve Morrison. Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded in every category.

Puppies to the polls!
In effort to encourage voters to head out to the polls, there and relieve a little stress during this contested election, stomach we’re taking adoptable puppies to the polls on Election Day.
Keep an eye out for our puppies at the following polling locations:
Between 12-1:30pm:
- Swarthmore Rutledge School located at 100 College Ave, Swarthmore, Delaware County.
- Norristown High School located 1900 Eagle Drive, Norristown, Montgomery County.
Between 4-5:30pm:
- Nativity BVM Church, 30 E. Franklin St, Media, Delaware County.
- Ridley High School located at 901 Morton Ave, Folsom, Delaware County.
Even if these aren’t your polling locations, feel free to drop by for some puppy kisses as a thank you for voting!
According to NextGen Climate, events such as these have been proven to increase voter turnout by between 2 and 6.5%.
Veterans Day at Providence Animal Center
On Veterans Day, seek Friday, click Nov. 11, we will be offering free pets for vets and free Rabies vaccinations at our Wellness Clinic for the current pets of veterans.
Our Adoption Center will be open from 12-7PM and our Wellness Clinic is open from 9:30AM-4:45PM. Wellness Clinic appointments are required and can be made by calling 610-566-1370 x3 or online here.
Proof of service is required.
Pinocchio’s Fundraiser
It's the yummiest fundraiser of the whole year! Get hungry because 20% of all checks AND beer sales from the Beer Garden (next door) will go to our lifesaving mission to help save homeless pets on this one day! Dine in AND take out! Huge beer raffle basket (drawn at 7:30pm).
Give back through 1am.
Basic obedience dog training class
Classes begin Monday, viagra 60mg Nov. 21st, decease at either 6-7pm or 7-8pm. The course is 6 weeks of basic obedience training for just *$140 and 10% of the registration fee goes back to Providence Animal Center!
