Our Cat Spay Day is quickly approaching. On June 14th, our vet team will perform spay/ neuter surgeries at the reduced cost of $15 per cat.
Bailey is a former mother cat who is happy she won’t be having any more litters in her life. She enjoyed being a mom-cat once, but once is too many as far as we're concerned. She was rescued from a local overcrowded shelter and looking for a mother or father of her own. Her babies have all found forever homes and she is also ready to. She is spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. June is Adopt a Shelter Cat Month so Bailey will be waiting for new parents.
Did you know the average female cat can have 1-8 kittens in a litter and 2-3 litters in a year if not spayed? During a female’s productive life, one cat could have more than 100 kittens. A single pair of cats and their kittens can produce as many as 420,000 kittens in 7 years. Imagine how many of them go homeless. Spay/ neutering your cat will reduce unwanted litters and help decrease medical problems they may have when they get older.
We also have a year round low-cost Wellness Clinic, which we offer a variety of different services like dentals, check-ups and surgeries.
We thank or generous donors who make Spay Day possible for us because without them, we would not be able to reduce the cost so dramatically. You can donate to help us keep funding prevention programs like this one.
Schedule an appointment for Spay Day, June 14th, online only until June 1st to make sure your fur-baby is fixed and ready to live a long, healthy life. We recommend signing up for Spay Say as soon as possible because space is limited and we can only book so many surgeries in one day
On June 1st, we will be taking appointments by phone at 610-566-1370 x216 and online as well. Please don’t litter!
