ADOPTION SUCCESS STORY: SAY HELLO TO BAILEY

It can sometimes take some time for some of our homeless pets in need find their perfect match – for some though, their stay only lasts a matter of days – as was the case for sweet Bailey, formerly known as Anne while she was at our lifesaving facility.

Bailey joined our Adoption Center after being surrendered to one of our rescue-partners in Georgia and needed to continue being treated for heartworm – a condition that involves a period of rest and preferably a calmer environment where the pet can relax and be free from an excessive amount of stress on the heart. For Bailey, her transition to our Center allowed for the best-case-scenario to happen when a lovely family came in and gave her the opportunity to recover in the best environment possible – a forever-home of her very own.

Bailey is now living the good life with her forever-family who reports back,

“Here's Bailey!!! Formally Anne. She is adjusting very well and completely potty trained. She loves the back yard and digging holes. She is still so sweet and a cuddle bug”

We are beyond happy for every single pet that we get to see enter into the comforts and warmth of a forever-home, whether we get to know them for weeks or just a few days!

Thank you for giving Bailey the chance to experience the life she truly deserves!
